2. Reservation Policy

2.1 Booking Confirmation

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.

2.2 Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

2.3 Check-in/Check-out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by rate type and season. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms applicable to your reservation.

  • Standard Rate: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival
  • Non-refundable Rate: No cancellation allowed
  • Peak Season: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave the premises for:

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
  • Violation of hotel policies
  • Damage to hotel property
  • Non-compliance with local laws

5. Liability

The hotel's liability for damages is limited to the total amount paid for the reservation. We are not responsible for:

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Injuries occurring on the premises due to guest negligence
  • Travel delays or cancellations
  • Force majeure events
